Executive and high-performer coaching
Coaching for the person everyone else relies on.
If you run a company, lead a team, or have a lot of people depending on your decisions, you rarely get to be the one who is supported. You are expected to be steady all the time. That is a lot to hold, and most people hold it alone.
I coach entrepreneurs and business owners the way I have coached professional athletes: the whole system. Mind, body, stress, recovery, and the life around the work.

Where we focus
Everyone in a leadership seat brings something different. These are common places to start.
- Staying clear and calm in high-stakes moments
- Decision fatigue and the mental load of leading
- Stress and recovery, so a hard week does not cost you the weekend
- Sleep, training and nutrition built around your calendar
- Being present at home after a long day
- What you want the next ten years to look like
Breathwork before the big moment
Blake Bolden, my wife and a former professional hockey player, uses the breathing practices I taught her before she goes on air with ESPN and Amazon Prime. Professional hockey players use them to recover between shifts. You can use them before a pitch, a negotiation, or a hard conversation.
They are simple and practical. They take a few minutes, they work anywhere, and once you know them they are yours.
Direct, and on your schedule
Everything is one-on-one. Calls are by phone or FaceTime, and messaging means you can reach me between calls when something comes up. Executive Coaching includes four 60 minute FaceTime calls a month, priority messaging, custom meditations and breathwork, and personalized training and nutrition.
What clients say
Not only is Miles my husband, but he’s been my performance coach for over a decade. He trained me to get physically fit when I was playing professional hockey, has taught and guided me through many breathing practices that help me before I go on-air with ESPN and Amazon Prime, has worked with multiple teams I’ve played or coached for, and is a constant source of grounding wisdom and uplifting optimism for all of those he coaches and interacts with. I cannot recommend him enough to you.
Blake Bolden
Professional Women’s Hockey Icon, Broadcaster
I can’t recommend him enough. I came to him during a really difficult time when I was struggling with a deep depression, and after three months I genuinely felt like I had found my way out of a really dark place. Every session was powerful and incredibly helpful. He made me feel heard, understood, and gave me tools and perspective that actually helped. I’m incredibly grateful for the support he gave me.
Trinity Lewis
Business Owner
I’ve been working with Miles for the past 2 months and every time I leave our sessions I feel inspired, excited, and most importantly equipped to tackle the various challenges which arise throughout my journey. Miles is incredibly caring and passionate about helping me, and so many others, reach my goals. Every session, we are continually building towards my next level through tangible tools and nuggets of gold. He meets you where you are and helps to find what works best for you! He is truly one of the best coaches, mentors and performance coaches that I have worked with during my whole career. I can’t recommend him enough! I have already grown so much with him and can’t wait to see what my future holds as we continue to work together!
